Marinate the Chicken:
- In a mixing bowl, add the sliced chicken and season with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and onion powder.
- Add the yogurt, oil, tomato paste, and lemon juice, and mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Cook the Chicken:
- Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.
- Cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked through, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Prepare the Spicy Yogurt Dressing:
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chopped parsley until smooth.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less hot sauce, depending on your preference.
